MARSHALLTOWN RENTAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION
The purpose of our organization is to provide Central Iowa Landlords with:
1) Representation in dealing with local government officials.
2) Educational materials and contacts.
3) A forum for discussing and solving issues relating to landlords in our area.
4) A place to list properties available for rent.
